Finding your Zen

Hey ,

Just yesterday, a past student telephoned to ask for my support as she moves into another phase of her life. She is moving into the scary world of going back to school as a 53 year old non-traditional student.

What! You didn’t know that? Yes, I have been an educator for over 30 years now.

Prior to dedicating myself to empowering individuals to break free from feelings of abuse, victimization, punishment, and unworthiness, and instead embrace a life of celebration, I was an ordinary academic teaching core curriculum subjects.

However, as a teacher, I witnessed women enduring abuse from their partners, persons exhibiting self-sabotaging behaviors, and individuals struggling with the pain of feeling that they were not, and never would be good enough.

And , these feelings had nothing to do with money.

This led me to develop a system of learning and support for emotional well-being. I’ve developed a series of interactive courses, books and journals that seek to release feelings of “not enoughness” and replace them with feelings of freedom, joy, power, and confidence…. And the accompanying inner peace!

Today, I invite you to buy one of my courses, Navigating the Challenge of Forgiveness. Because what I found underlying so many of our feeling of not being enough, was a lack of forgiveness – either on our part or on the part of another.

I firmly believe that every aspect of life intertwines with one another. If you are unhappy at home, it inevitably affects your academic/work performance. Similarly, if you are battling depression, suicidal thoughts, or abuse, your interactions with peers and colleagues are inevitably impacted. Don’t you find that to be true ?

My courses have helped literally hundreds of persons to move from feeling depressed, panicked and desperate to living a life of joy and freedom.

The thing is, even when we want to change, to move, we don't always know how to start.

That’s why I’m so excited to tell you about Navigating the Challenge of Forgiveness! This is a first step in taking back your life and finding inner peace.
