Tonight's conversation
Feb 13, 2026 5:01 pm
Hello ,
Tonight we gather for “Who’s Holding You?”
Valentine’s Day can amplify what we are not receiving — romance, reassurance, partnership, validation.
But the deeper question is quieter.
It isn’t just who loves you.
It’s who steadies you.
When I asked what felt most tender around Valentine’s Day, many persons responded. So tonight’s “Who’s Holding You?” is shaped by what you shared. Here are some of the themes we may explore together:
• The loneliness beneath the loneliness
• The nervous system and the need for regulation
• The “beyond crisis but not yet at ease” space
• Self-sabotage and procrastination through a trauma-informed lens
• What it truly means to hold yourself
This won’t be a lecture.
It will be a space.
A steady one.
Bring your reflections.
Bring your questions.
Or simply bring your presence.
If you’d prefer to share something privately beforehand, you can reply to this email or send me a DM and I’ll make sure you receive the Zoom invitation directly.
This is not about presence.
See you tonight. 6:30 pm Eastern/Jamaica/Bogota
See you tonight.
