Healthy Habits

Hey ,


✅ Every day … no matter what … my daughter and I say 3 things we are grateful for just before we go to bed. Research shows that gratitude increases happiness and reduces depression.


⏰ I’ve been doing this consistently for almost a year now, and it’s turned into one of my non-negotiables.


💯 Habits can seem like such small things, but they add up to something BIG. I love this quote:

“Habit will sustain you whether you’re inspired or not." -Octavia Butler


This habit is a make or break for me because it ends my day with a dose of positivity.
