Dear humans,

The female has melted onto the floor in a heap. While writing Booked for Murder, she decided she needed Chinese food. By need, we mean she was reduced to begging the male. Please please please please let her have Chinese food, she wailed. Alarmed, possibly a little disgusted, the male agreed.

She has eaten her way to a food coma. Orange chicken, beef and brocs, and fried rice. And some egg rolls. And some hot and sour soup.

She can't even crawl anymore, humans.

It's rather hilarious, actually.

She is alive. Dawn of Dae is going out to the proofreaders sometime today. The female is working on Booked for Murder. The book is beyond feral, but the deeper she gets into it, the more she loves it. That doesn't make it be any less feral, but at least it shouldn't need much editing, as she's constantly revising to make it work.

We really hope A Chip on Her Shoulder cooperates a lot better.

The male got her a present for doing such a good job on her sales run and new release. It is a Macbook Pro 16" monster of a laptop with just about every bell and whistle. She didn't increase the processor, she didn't get additional hard drive space. Beyond that, it's as big as it gets. It will be amazing.

Pat, her iMac Pro, will be going in for a spa day. He will be bathed and pampered, and he will leave with additional RAM. 128gb is the probable amount, but she might sweetalk the male into 256gb. She is emotionally attached to Pat.

The male wanted to retire Pat for the laptop, and the words, "Over my fucking dead body, asshole!" came out of her mouth. The male quickly decided Pat stayed. And now the female is questing to update Pat with more ram so he will be viable for a minimum of 10 years.

She loves Pat.

The female is VERY excited about her new laptop, and she's debating what to name him. He must have a good name. (She names her computers after male characters, although her iPad Pro will be named Jessica to go with Pat.)

Now that the female is subdued, we are going to go take over the world... after we have a nap.

Maybe in tomorrow's missive, we will have the energy and will to include a picture.
