is goal setting a scam?

Aug 17, 2021 8:31 pm

Did you know selecting an impossible goal allows us to more easily rationalize our failure to achieve them?

Fear has the effect of undermining effective personal goal setting.

Fear of failure can also change the nature of goals you set for yourself.

Where fear of failure is greater, you will find that a person may select either an easier, readily achievable objectives or wildly impossible goals.

Another thing.

The fear of rejection!

Chaiiiii... this one is so strong that most people choose to live half versions of their lives rather than risk someone telling them no.

Do you know you could be meaning to be on camera, do Facebook Lives, create YouTube videos and talk to your audience, but you start feeling that paralyzing stage fright, which I have described as performance anxiety, knowing that others will be watching you.

Do you procrastinate making the calls, sending the emails and building the relationships that you know will help you in your business because your feelings of nervousness, uncertainty and insecurity are so intense?

When you show up for your business, do you feel constricted, scared and pinched in your physical body?

Does it seem like all your negative beliefs and fears are screaming in your face?

Well...
