Good morning ,

I feel I should quickly share this with you because it might be helpful to you as you progress into this new week.

Joseph Campbell (an American professor ) said that , " The cave you fear to enter ,holds the treasure you seek"  

 I always use this to help people understand that when you want to overcome fear , 

it's just as though there's a cave.

This cave has the treasure you're looking for, 

(it's inside this cave you'll find the treasure you're looking for.)

But,

This cave is dark.

So, In order for you to walk through this cave , you need light.

What happens?,

You basically try to figure your way, 

You will be touching everywhere, touching this , touching that.....

 Just to get a wall you could use to trace your path to the other end of the cave where your treasure lies.

You know the Interesting part?

The moment you have something that could brighten your path, even if it's the small touch at the back of your phone and you turn it on, 

You won't need to suffer that much to trace the path that leads to your treasure.

So , you can't overcome fear by motivation.

The most effective way to overcome Fear is by Illumination.
