Hi ,
Spring is in full swing now. We've consistently had more than 24hrs of it! It's official! Have you been enjoying these blissful last few days? Can't wait to get to the scorching heat and lobster-red skin?

It's great to enjoy a changing of the seasons. How awesome would it be to live in a world where we could enjoy each day to its fullest and not have to worry about major issues? Sounds a little too much like fantasy, am I right?
And yet we love to read fiction that promises just that!
I was watching an interview recently recorded in 1982 of moonwalker John Young, commander of Apollo 16. When asked if space travel is worth the cost or it should be put to other issues, he said while we shouldn't dimiss serious issues, it's not just the war on terror, hunger, war etc that we should concern ourselves with. In his opinion it was the war on ignorance that needed waging!
Got me thinking how true that was. To someday see the worlds these great writers dreamed up we have a long way to go. (I'm of course not in favour of ending up in the world of 1984 and therefore exclude it).
So here's a thought experiment. What steps would we need to collectively take in order to one day see the science fiction of the future? Hit reply to let me know. And what fictional universe would you like to see? The dystopia of Orwell, or the wonder of Roddenberry? (Or maybe the choice is too hard and you'd rather be eaten by Cthulhu!)
Here's some awesome fiction for you to have a look through. Be sure to get it before it warps off! (Sci-fi joke, funny!)
That's all for this time! I'll see you again soon.
Have a great read!
