Little hacks tailored for you...

Hello ,


Here are a few hacks I'd encourage to help with healthy living...


  1. Sitting exercises...you really don't need to be standing to exercise, as long as you are moving you are GOOD.
  2. Mix things that you enjoy. For example, listen to music while enjoying a "healthy desert"...I use this with my kids. I sneak blueberries and raspberries and chia seeds in a small scoop of ice-cream and we enjoy it with a tiny spoon
  3. Smoothie it.... mix bananas, pineapples, a little bit of ginger and rasperries and enjoy an anti-oxidant packed snack
  4. Make exercise fun...a tickle fight with the kids, dancing to your favorite jams, or taking a walk while chatting with that friend that can talk you through it (it doesn't feel so long when you're on a call with a friend)
