The heat is hot!

Hello ,


This summer has been particularly hot and I bet it has changed some of your outdoor routines.


Like I went to an outdoor barbecue at a park but had to leave early cos of the heat.


Had a good burger and some water melon before I left though :)


It has also affected some outdoor exercise routines.


For you who may walk or run outdoors the heat may have discouraged you.


Here are a few tips that I hope will help you re-engage.


  • Take a cold shower BEFORE your walk...
  • Stay hydrated
  • Wear light clothing
  • Go earlier in the morning
  • Walk indoors or do other forms of exercise- dancing, kickboxing to a Youtube video


STAY ACTIVE!

Stay well.
