Hello !!!
As the weather starts to chill (literally) and viral infections go up I thought I'd share a few tips to help keep you safe.
Please schedule flu shot at the clinic so you can minimize risk to yourself and others.
Vitamin C (500mg) and Zinc (50mg) are good supplements to help keep colds at bay.
Tele visits are also an option to be seen at the clinic that will help save you gas and exposure to other sick people.
As the night time gets longer and day time shorter be encouraged to do things that help improve your mood including exercise, laughter and practicing gratitude for the good that is and the ones to come.
