This week, I’ve come across something that truly blew my mind: Reflect Orbital. Reflect Orbital is an innovation so wild, it’s hard to believe it’s real. Imagine a concept that pushes the boundaries of what we thought possible in technology and design. Trust me, you’ll want to check this out—it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before.

But that’s not all. AI continues to be a game-changer, and I’ve been diving deep into creating specialized, purpose-driven GPTs (Generative Pre-trained Transformers). These aren’t just your run-of-the-mill chatbots; they’re tailored to specific needs, from practicing emergency medical techniques to planning personalized workouts. What’s even cooler? You can now have these GPTs collaborate, forming a virtual team that works together seamlessly. For instance, I’ve got a GPT handling my social media, while another advises me on school board strategies—talk about multitasking on steroids!

Speaking of innovation, I recently posted a video on Instagram where I speak multiple languages as part of my school board campaign. Check it out here. This video highlights the critical issue of language barriers in education. In our community, over 50 languages are spoken, yet most school materials are only translated into Spanish. With AI, we can make education more accessible by translating materials into more languages, ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table. Sure, AI translations aren’t perfect, but it’s a step in the right direction.

I also revisited the RACI model—an oldie but a goodie that remains incredibly relevant in both educational settings and business environments. It’s all about clarifying roles: Who’s responsible? Who’s accountable? Who’s consulted? And who’s just being informed? Without this clarity, efforts can easily get muddled. This model is a simple yet powerful tool to ensure transparency and efficiency, whether you’re working on school policies or leading a business initiative.

We’re in a fascinating time where AI isn’t just a tool; it’s becoming an integral part of how we strategize, communicate, and innovate. So, if you haven’t already, I encourage you to experiment with building your own GPTs and see how they can revolutionize your workflow.
