Context-Aware AI, Biohacking, and the Future of Real Productivity

Oct 22, 2025 5:53 pm

Good morning, everybody.

So, in my last message I talked a bit about content creation, but today I want to dig into two things that have been on my mind—and in practice: biohacking with ChatGPT and context-aware AI.

These two ideas might sound totally different, but they’re actually about the same thing: making technology work with your context, not against it.

🧠 ChatGPT as the Ultimate Health Coach

A client recently asked me what nutrition-tracking app I use, and I realized—I don’t.

I use ChatGPT Projects instead.

I have a project called “Health” with a few key chats:

  • Biohacking: where I keep DEXA scans, lab results, supplements, and Oura data.
  • Meal Log: where I just drop photos of what I eat.
  • Recipes: screenshots from Instagram or magazine clippings.

Because all of that lives in one project, ChatGPT can actually cross-reference everything.

If I upload breakfast, it knows my macros, my sleep quality, and what workouts I’ve done.

If I say I’m hungry, I can literally snap a photo of my fridge, and it’ll suggest the smartest snack or even remind me of a saved protein shake recipe.

It’s like having a nutritionist, a health coach, and an accountability partner all in one—but one that actually remembers everything.

Even on the road, I can say, “There’s a Starbucks, a Wendy’s, and a McDonald’s nearby. What’s my best option?”

And it’ll choose for me, considering my health data, past choices, and even travel context.

(Answer: the egg white sous vide bites from Starbucks, by the way.)

The best part? It removes decision fatigue.

It’s not just tracking—it’s thinking with you.

💻 Context-Aware AI: The Next Level of Productivity

Now, take that same contextual intelligence and apply it to your work.

Yesterday I started testing ChatGPT’s new Alpha browser, which works like Chrome—but with ChatGPT built right in.

That means it can see what’s on the page you’re on and take action.

Here’s what that looked like in real time:

  • I asked, “How many Trello cards do I have due today?” → It told me.
  • Then I said, “Find nearby walk-in flu shot clinics and add them as checklist items to my ‘Flu Shots’ card.”
  • It did. Instantly.

Then I took it further:

I had a scanned doctor’s bill attached to another Trello card and said,

“Take that document and submit the claim to UnitedHealthcare.” It logged in, filled the form, uploaded the file, and submitted the claim. It was wild.

Same thing in Gmail: I told it to “write a 200-word personal statement” based on an email I’d just received, and it read the email, drafted it, and even sent it.

In Airtable (where I track rescue squad applicants), I said,

“Find everyone with no activity in the last 10 days and draft personalized follow-up emails.” Done. With nuance and tone intact.

That’s context-aware AI—the next evolution of productivity.

Not just automation, but automation that understands where you are and what you’re doing.

🔁 The Real Lesson

In both health and work, context is everything.

If your tools don’t understand your situation, your data, or your goals, they’re just adding noise.

AI isn’t about replacing people—it’s about replacing friction.

The key is learning to think, “What could AI do for me right now, on this screen, in this moment?”

That mindset is the new productivity skillset.

Make it an effective day,
