In Awe

Such a sureal moment holding on to the book that I worked on for years. There were times I thought of giving up and times that I did give up (for a bit). I'm thankful the Lord guided me through it all and allowed it to come to fruition. The idea of this book series started out in my head as I watched Luke interact with my Dad and then with Girl (the little hen). It was such a unique relationship. One that made me laugh, smile, and cry. It was a relationship like no other. The love Pop had for Luke and the love Luke shared with Pop and Girl was like nothing I had witnessed before. My hope is to create a quality, charming children's book series, with A Boy and His Girl: Making the Most of each Day being the first in the series. I'm super pleased with the quality of this book! I loved the printing company I worked with on this. They were very patient and helpful to me during this process. I can't wait to have the rest of the order so that I can ship them out to all of you!
