♻️ the only goals I'm setting this year

Hey friend!
Here's a counterintuitive tip to set better distribution goals:
Focus on what you can control, not what you want to achieve.
When you set the right kind of distribution goals, you're more likely to reach them.
Most people set goals in January. Then, look at them once or twice. And stop looking at them at them all together by February. Or they set lofty goals without any system to help them get there. You can fix this goal-setting issue with a slight tweak to your process.
I call this the Input-Output-Outcome approach.
It's a method that helps you avoid common content distribution mistakes. And I'll show you how it works.
- Input Goals: Actions you can fully control.
- Output Goals: Tangible results of your efforts.
- Outcome Goals: The big-picture results that measure overall impact.
Instead of going big and starting with an Outcome goal, zero in on your Output goals. These are concrete, measurable results you can influence.
For example: "I'll publish 5 times on LinkedIn and send 2 emails every week" is much better than "I want to grow my audience to 10k followers."
Remember, good goals are specific, measurable, and focus on output.
If you don’t have your distribution goals set, now’s the time to do it.
Have a great week! 👊
