I know the spooky season is upon us, but I promise, despite my inactivity, I am in fact not a ghost!

It's been a busy past few months for me - I traveled to Nova Scotia to spend time with my family, got married, started working as a teaching assistant for the same SFU Writer's Studio program I took last year, I attended the book launch for emerge 22: The Writer's Studio Anthology that contains a sneak peak of my WIP, and I'm getting ready to volunteer at the SIWC next weekend!
On top of all that I've been trying to get some work done on my own manuscript!
Needless to say I have not been blogging, or updating my website, or sending out monthly newsletters.
As the poet Robert Burns said in his poem To a Mouse,
The best laid schemes o' Mice an' Men
Gang aft agley,
I hope to get back to a more regular schedule in the coming months. In the meantime, be safe, be healthy and be happy!
