On Friday, I booked 7 keynotes. Here’s the story:
Back in December,
I was brought in for an company’s annual retreat.
90 minutes.
With the whole team.
My session was the last thing before the holiday party.
I remember thinking:
”They probably want to get this over with.”
Before letting another thought slide…
I snapped out of it and reminded myself that:
”You were brought here for a reason. It’s time to deliver your BEST.”
We get started.
The 90 minutes FLEW by.
Afterward, we had a book signing.
Once that wrapped,
The CEO came up to me and said:
”I need you to coach us. To bring this same feeling to our team every month. What can we do?”
A few weeks later, we set up a call and after some discussion,
We landed on a 7 event program.
Spanning the course of 7 months.
Where I’d work with the team, diving deep on leadership, performance, team collaboration and long term momentum.
It was a real epiphany for me.
I realized that a keynote is the BEGINNING of real transformation.
Not the whole thing.
Many speakers see the keynote as the end all be all.
But what if you could deepen your impact?
What if instead of a 60 minute presentation that leaves people feeling inspired…
you could create something that could make that change truly last?
And the added bonus?
It pushes you to deepen your expertise.
To develop your content.
To find NEW material.
Which is HARD.
And makes you that much better.
I am SO EXCITED to build out this program.
And invest in people’s personal growth journey.
This has really opened my eyes.
To new ways of impact.
That can actually help people change.
A 60 minute keynote can dramatically shift perspective.
Imagine what you could do with 60 days?
Just something to think about 😉
Happy Tuesday everyone!

Juan Bendana
