Simplicity is often overlooked when building a team.

All these systems, tools, processes, SOPs...

Is this really helpful?

I often see people debate over Asana vs Monday vs Clickup vs Trello vs whatever is the new flavour of the month.

Each of these has its own merits.

But to say that using this one over this one is the game changer in your business... This is complete non-sense.

So what is simplicity when it comes to building a team?

To build a better team you need better people.

Not a new tool or a new SOP or a new process or whatever new thing you are thinking about right now.

Do less, but do what it is right.

And what is right for your team is hiring A-Players. So do it now - nothing will have more impact than this.

Nothing.
