Looking for A-Players is like looking for Gold.
During the golden rush people spent a lot of time digging mud and panning for a few grams of the precious metal.
But the one who got rich? He was selling shovels.
And today not much has changed.
Indeed Inc., one of the largest job portal in the world, has posted 4-fold growth for the last 3 years.
They are making around 2.75 billion dollars from paid job advertising.
So it’s great that they sell shovels...
But a gold detector would be a lot more useful.
A gold detector and also a map.
Imagine if you had both:
- A Detector doing beep beep as soon as it gets near an A-Player
- And a map of where the best A-Players mines are
Things would be a lot easier right?
Right now my R&D team is testing over 600 job boards and social platforms. We want to map out the best gold mines for A-Players in the entire world.
This is a colossal task.
We are also analysing the data collected from more than 5 years of recruitment. Our goal - to determine the exact traits of A-Players and how to detect them fast and without fail.
We should have a beta version of the detector in the next trimester (most likely it will be a spreadsheet tool).
