This weekend
After years of teaching yoga, I've noticed students struggling with the same issues: how to make modifications for their body and how to safely take flight in arm balances. These student struggles inspired me to create two workshops that address exactly what you need to know to transform your yoga practice.
Saturday, August 23 at 12 pm
Stop struggling through poses that don't feel right. In this workshop, you'll learn to modify any pose for your unique body, use props with confidence, and develop the skill of truly listening to what you need. This isn't about doing poses "perfectly"—it's about doing them perfectly for you.
Learn to Fly: An Arm Balance Workshop
Saturday, September 13 at 12 pm
Think arm balances are impossible? Think again. We'll build the foundation you need through strength exercises, proper technique, and step-by-step progressions. You'll learn poses like Crow and Side Crow while building confidence and overcoming the fear of trying something new.
The beauty of these workshops is how they complement each other. First, learn to work with your body as it is. Then, discover what it's capable of becoming. Both workshops welcome complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Come as you are.
Bundle & Save: Register for both workshops and save $16!
Individual Workshop: $33
Both workshops: $50
Spaces are limited to ensure personalized attention. See class schedule and register for upcoming workshops soon.
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat, .

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm a complete beginner. Are these workshops appropriate for me?
A: Absolutely! Both workshops are designed to welcome all levels, including complete beginners. The Yoga for Your Body workshop is especially perfect for beginners because you'll learn how to make poses work for your unique body from the start. For Learn to Fly, no prior arm balance experience is needed.
Q: I can barely touch my toes. Will I be able to keep up?
A: The Yoga for Your Body workshop is perfect for you! We're going to explore why trying to touch your toes might not be the best approach for your body and find alternatives that feel amazing. Flexibility isn't a prerequisite for yoga—it's one of many possible outcomes.
Q: I've been practicing for years but still struggle with certain poses. Is this workshop too basic for me?
A: Not at all! Even experienced practitioners often benefit from learning new modification techniques. You might discover that a pose you've been struggling with becomes accessible with a simple adjustment or prop. Many students are surprised by what they learn, regardless of their experience level.
Q: Will you be teaching specific poses or general principles?
A: We'll cover both! I'll teach general principles of modification that you can apply to any pose.
Q: What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
A: Please let me know about any injuries or concerns when you register or arrive early to discuss them. The Yoga for Your Body workshop is specifically designed to help you work with limitations, and all modifications can be adapted further as needed.
Q: What should I bring to the workshops?
A: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in and bring a yoga mat and water for class. If you don’t have a mat, they’re available to rent at the studio.
