Will there be other participants? No. This is a one-on-one experience. The entire day is yours.

What if I'm not “ready” for this level of transformation? If you're asking this question, you're probably more ready than you think. This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Will this work if I'm a beginner? Absolutely. This isn't about your yoga skill level. This is about your readiness to invest in yourself at the highest level.

Is the 30-day support really unlimited? Yes. Email me as often as you need. I'm here for your questions, celebrations, challenges, and breakthroughs.

What's in the gift bag? Items in the gift bag are carefully curated based on your goals to support your continued transformation at home. Think luxury self-care tools, not generic swag.

What happens if I need to reschedule? Life happens. We'll work together to find a date that works for both of us within the program timeframe.
