Have you tried this yet? 

You should do one thing at a time when it comes to your health and fitness.


It’s tempting to focus on exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, reducing stress, and avoiding tobacco products all at once.


There are many things you could do but don't worry about all the things. 


Just focus on one thing you can do today. 


For lasting success, pick one thing (such as exercising for 30 minutes four times a week) and work on that one thing until it becomes a habit. When it's a habit, you can begin to add other things.
