Interrupting your weekend 

You’ve probably heard the saying: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

It’s a powerful reminder of the strength we find in connection and support. 

Why? Because when we try to do it all on our own, we often burn out. We hit roadblocks, pause, or sometimes even give up entirely.  

But when we go together, we’re supported. If we stumble, someone is there to help us. We keep moving forward, stronger and more confident with every step.  

This is true in life—and in fitness. Without feedback, support, or collaboration, it’s hard to grow and improve. That’s why this week, I’d love for you to join me in my group yoga program. You can join in person or virtually.  

This program starts on Tuesday, January 21 at 6 pm ET. It continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Tuesday, January 21 to Wednesday, February 27.
