It seems that we all feel that way at some point in our lives, though some may feel it more than others.


Regardless, we need to have a way to fight back when these feelings arise.


What's the best way to do that?


Well, let's get one thing straight...


The thoughts swirling around in your head about you not being good enough, not being worthy, feeling alone, etc. are all false. They are lies at their best, and destructive ones at their worst.


So, naturally, the best way to overcome a lie is with the truth.


Particularly in the form of a reconstructive affirmation.
