I am always trying to do one thing - make Christ-focused decisions in love, work, and life. And this was my week.

The Story of My Week.
This was a great week.
Why?
Because I went through it with more sense of peace and rest than I have had in recent times.
It was not because of the lesser pressure to deal with.
Naah…I had the usual pressure pull.
But I had something more.
A peace that is beyond understanding from knowing that I am only allowed to do what God has given me the strength to do.
All the others - I move them to someone else or for myself in the future.
And I am winning in the things I have the strength to do for now.
Step by step
Things I Learnt
1-Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: We had a meet-up with a young couple. They were just about 2 years into their marriage and were reminiscing over their wedding ceremony.
As it turned out, the groom spent a bit of time worrying about the small stuff when they got to their reception.
Not minding the advice of everyone else.
Well, it showed in the pictures that they took.
The groom did not look like a happy camper.
Well, 6 months later, they had to dress up, go out and do their wedding pictures again.
All because the groom was sweating the small stuff.
2-Pioneers not Just Followers: Sunday’s sermon was great for my soul. It was a reminder of the unique gift of God that I carry in me for the workplace.
I am here to pioneer and forge new paths.
Even if the path is not something anyone else understands.
The gift of God in me will help me find the best way to walk the new paths.
Making new partners along the way and leveraging the help God give me through the people He brings my way.
I am pioneering God’s unique vision for the world through me.
God is writing His Story through me.
The part of His story that my life can carry.
Through His unique gift in me.
