Welcome to the September 14th edition of Faith & Life Lessons.
You will see this email full of tidbits from my week. My goal is simple. I hope that from how I live my life, you can find a thing or two that helps you as you try to live a life that matters. I am always trying to do one thing - make Christ-focused decisions in love, work, and life. And this was my week.

The Story of My Week.
The peace that comes God. The peace that helps me to know what I should be doing at this time.
This is the cover I lived under.
A part of me is wondering why the days seem to be moving too fast.
I have a lot more I want to get done than the hours are giving me time to do.
The problem is not with time. The problem is with the hurry.
If procrastination is the thief of time, hurry is the thief of quality, presence, and peace of mind.
Hurry steals away from time.
Peace of mind extends my ability to get more from hours.
I am living under the cover of this peace.
I am getting more into my hours.
Redeeming my time.
Things I Learnt
1-Building Today Yesterday: I had the opportunity to collaborate with two different people.
After they shared what they wanted, kicking starting the answer was a matter of bringing forward some of the things I created years back.
Thinking about the whole thing reminded me why it's important to do everything with excellence.
Even when doing things for yourself.
Yes, some of what I am leveraging today for others was developed to serve me.
A good job done yesterday with me as my client, which now serves as a new opportunity to serve new people as clients.
Excellence multiplies itself
2-God Will Give Strength: This wasn’t just a lesson from this week. I had a think-back moment during the week to reflect on what God was doing in me.
One of the desires I had was that I wanted to have energy and vibrancy to do whatever my family would need me to do at the end of every workday.
I noticed that this is a prayer God has answered.
No matter how hard the day is, I still return home with strength and aliveness to play with the kids and help with the family chores.
Not just physical strength, but emotional presence to be fully present when I am at home.
I am grateful for answered prayers.
And God’s gifts to me.
Postscript
May you live as an answer to the prayers you pray to God for yourself. Amen
