Hiding Mistakes, Hiring to Grow, and Becoming the Bottleneck - with Eric Dingler
Eric Dingler was running two businesses remotely while his family traveled full time, and every week he and his wife sat down to review the numbers. When they paused that meeting for what was meant to be six weeks, it stopped for a year. A short draw on a line of credit became debt he couldn't repay, and he kept it to himself until he could also bring her a fix.
