Kicking Off With an Assessment Week (and a little birthday surprise…)

Hey

I like to start every new client the same way: with an assessment week.

It’s the easiest way for me to really understand where someone is starting from before we even think about building a programme.

During that week, we test their fitness, track their diet, look at their lifestyle, and figure out how many hours they genuinely have to train.

I’ve found that when you take the time to map out someone’s real-life situation, the plan you build actually fits… and that’s when the results start coming.

A great example?

One of my riders just hit her best FTP in three years after finishing the 8-week Cycle Lean Project. She didn’t change her life to train more, we just built something that worked with her life, not against it.

If you want to see what’s possible for you in eight weeks, January’s intake is now open.

And because today happens to be my 43rd birthday, I’m doing something I rarely do… I’m giving you 20% off for the next 24 hours as a little birthday gift.

I’m not someone who makes a big fuss about birthdays, but I am looking forward to switching off for a bit and spending the day with my partner and family.

Feels like the right way to start another year.

If you’re ready to start strong in January, here’s your chance.
