I admire anyone that has the resilience and sticking power to work on something for a long period of time - especially within British basketball - and that's exactly what Caroline Charles has done. Founding her club, Newham Youngbloods, in 1992, twenty eight years later it's still going, having provided countless opportunities in one of the most deprived boroughs in the country. Respect.

GB return to action on Saturday in Istanbul, taking on Poland in their quest for EuroBasket Women qualification - 6pm UK time - we're assuming they will be streamed on YouTube as usual, so make sure you lock in!
