I tried to drag myself out of bed at 4 AM today (slept through 3 alarms, but still made it in time). Not for some crazy doorbuster deals.

Nope - I was working our booth at the annual Turkey Trot.

Between shivering runners and hot coffee, my inbox kept blowing up.

Every company on earth wants to sell you something "special" for Black Friday.

But here's the thing - I actually want to do something different today. 

I want to say thank you.

Thank you for trusting us with your health journey. 

Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, and being awesome. 

You're the reason I get to do what I love every day.
