Hello wonderful innovators,

Before you checkout the funding, checkout 3 wonderful human beings. It's 3 guys, but I will balance that out. Featured Connector & Hero to Many, Prof Monder Ram OBE. Probably one of my favourite newsletters is CRÈME. For a small unit, Monder’s team housed at Aston University do so much entrepreneur-enabling stuff, especially at policy level so the effects are felt by the many!

Monder introduced me to the Chair of our hibretOne board, Paul Scully. Monder invited me to present to Gareth Thomas MP, Small Business Minister. He arranged for me to be on a panel in London with NatWest, as part of the fantastic CRÈME/NatWest Time To Change report. The £68 million of venture capital that hibretOne has successfully helped entrepreneurs access, have been empowered by him and some other greats, will give a ‘Shout Out’ to them all at some point.

When the hibretOne platform launches many of you will be directly in Monder’s debt, as he has a scholarship in his name. When I say Monder is a great connector....he is The Great connector!

An amazing person who has influenced so many people’s lives, including my own has decided to try something new, Dr Doug Wright MBE DL. I believe Doug has the highest number of McDonald franchise’s in Europe & personally is one of the greatest human beings I know. He was one of the first supporters of hibretOne & started the conversation with four powerful little words, ‘How can I help?’

Another Great, moving on to new challenges is Dirk Bischof, founder of Hatch, a business initiative which has supported over 10,000 founders. Two Hatch programmes with UBS & NatWest are included in this newsletter.
