Show Me The Money! Grants & Funding - Practical Tips & Support

Hello wonderful innovators,

Before I share some grant information, can I share a story. I'm still humbled! Also if you have any stories about the impact of Show Me The Money on your enterprise, please send my way, I would love to feature you.

To the story, I was in London last month at London Tech Week. Got invited down by those wonderful people at Tech Nation. Sitting 2 seats on one side of me was a guy who had people fawning over him, wanting pictures & all that. The guy even had a 2 person camera crew, one of whom was sitting between us. I asked Cameraman #2 who is your guy? He said it’s Simon Squibb (the doorbell on a building guy where you pitch your business idea). Cameraman showed me the millions of followers on social media & a piece on Simon being worth over £640million! It’s more than £billion now I hear.

I smiled and reached across to shake Simon’s hand, I said you don’t know it yet, but you and I are going to be working together. Simon being the inquisitive gazillionaire smiled widely & asked....

....Oh really what do you do?

●      If a grant or programme is not in your region, many funds listed are for the W Midlands. Google search the keywords within the grant, as the programme may be running in your area, under a different name.

●      Use AI, or speed read till you find something of interest, as some of the grants have a short window for applications & you may miss out.
