Joe loves peppers...hot sauces...and all things to add a lil' (or in my language 'a lot of') kick to his food. One thing he has just loved enjoying is adding his own chipotle powder to his meals. I think he enjoys the process of making it as much as he does eating it!

So, today we would like to share our video with you on how to smoke your own jalapeños and turn them into chipotle powder.
