Thank you for completing the readiness questionnaire. Based on your answers, it looks as though one or more of these factors could limit your progress right now:
- Limited time to devote 30–45 minutes a week to lessons and meal prep
- No confirmed PCOS diagnosis yet
- Little control over daily meals (e.g., all food comes from a dorm, canteen, or household you don’t manage)
