Why stop this annoying behavior now

Kamusta ka na ?

Days na rin since I last emailed to you.

And today, I have a very important message.

I hope basahin mo until the end.

This is similar sa na send kong message sa exclusive FB Group natin.

So if you're waiting for the email about blessings that I said, ibang email yun - check the other email tonight.

Anyhoo...

Most of the times you complain.

Hindi lang sa relationship mo pero sa maraming bagay.

I'm not an exception to that .

Siguro dahil delayed ang blessings mo that you feel like you deserve. Or... you feel like the promise given wasn't served.

Then you tend to judge the LORD's will and bigger plans for you.

You complain and even judge your leaders or... compare yourself to your fellow women.

Ganon din ang nangyari sa Israelites.

You see...

If you read the BIBLE daily, everyday kang may reminder kay LORD.

Kaya nga I push you for daily bible reading.

Kasi I trust that our greatest counselor is the LORD.

And we're so blessed that today, very specific na ang instructions sa atin plus... there were so many previous events that would be our basis in our planning.

Kaya naman today, I would love to remind to you what happened in Numbers 11.

Honestly, I'm many chapters ahead na.

It's just that my bad... di ako nakapag SHARE the past days sayo ng message ni LORD sa akin.

I knew I'm not obliged to.

But I'm really pressured by the LORD to do so.

Kaya nga starting next month, I have so many plans not only for you, for our GB Fam but for everyone.

I'm trusting God's plans and instructions for me.

Kahit feeling ko minsan I'm afraid to speak louder.

Kahit na I know maraming pwedeng bumato sakin for being bolder about my faith.

I know I need to obey.

Kagaya ng obedience and hindi pag complain na message sa chapter na to.

Ang daming message in this chapter alone.

Let's dissect Numbers Chapter 11.

This might be long... but trust me, it's worth it.

11 Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the Lord, and when he heard them his anger was aroused.

Then fire from the Lord burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.

2 When the people cried out to Moses, he prayed to the Lord and the fire died down.

3 So that place was called Taberah, because fire from the Lord had burned among them.

4 The rabble with them began to crave other food, and again the Israelites started wailing and said, “If only we had meat to eat!

5 We remember the fish we ate in Egypt at no cost—also the cucumbers, melons, leeks, onions and garlic.

6 But now we have lost our appetite; we never see anything but this manna!”

7 The manna was like coriander seed and looked like resin.

8 The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a hand mill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into loaves. And it tasted like something made with olive oil.

9 When the dew settled on the camp at night, the manna also came down.

10 Moses heard the people of every family wailing at the entrance to their tents. The Lord became exceedingly angry, and Moses was troubled.

11 He asked the Lord, “Why have you brought this trouble on your servant? What have I done to displease you that you put the burden of all these people on me?

12 Did I conceive all these people? Did I give them birth? Why do you tell me to carry them in my arms, as a nurse carries an infant, to the land you promised on oath to their ancestors?

13 Where can I get meat for all these people? They keep wailing to me, ‘Give us meat to eat!’

14 I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.

15 If this is how you are going to treat me, please go ahead and kill me—if I have found favor in your eyes—and do not let me face my own ruin.”

16 The Lord said to Moses: “Bring me seventy of Israel’s elders who are known to you as leaders and officials among the people. Have them come to the tent of meeting, that they may stand there with you.

17 I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.

18 “Tell the people: ‘Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, when you will eat meat. The Lord heard you when you wailed, “If only we had meat to eat! We were better off in Egypt!” Now the Lord will give you meat, and you will eat it.

19 You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days, 20 but for a whole month—until it comes out of your nostrils and you loathe it—because you have rejected the Lord, who is among you, and have wailed before him, saying, “Why did we ever leave Egypt?”’”

21 But Moses said, “Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, ‘I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!’

22 Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?”

23 The Lord answered Moses, “Is the Lord’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.”

24 So Moses went out and told the people what the Lord had said. He brought together seventy of their elders and had them stand around the tent.

25 Then the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke with him, and he took some of the power of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied—but did not do so again.

26 However, two men, whose names were Eldad and Medad, had remained in the camp. They were listed among the elders, but did not go out to the tent. Yet the Spirit also rested on them, and they prophesied in the camp.

27 A young man ran and told Moses, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.”

28 Joshua son of Nun, who had been Moses’ aide since youth, spoke up and said, “Moses, my lord, stop them!”

29 But Moses replied, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the Lord’s people were prophets and that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”

30 Then Moses and the elders of Israel returned to the camp.

31 Now a wind went out from the Lord and drove quail in from the sea. It scattered them up to two cubits deep all around the camp, as far as a day’s walk in any direction.

32 All that day and night and all the next day the people went out and gathered quail. No one gathered less than ten homers. Then they spread them out all around the camp.

33 But while the meat was still between their teeth and before it could be consumed, the anger of the Lord burned against the people, and he struck them with a severe plague.

34 Therefore the place was named Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who had craved other food.

35 From Kibroth Hattaavah the people traveled to Hazeroth and stayed there.

.

.

.

Upon reading this chapter, I had so much revelations.

Firstly, I'm reminded how disastrous a complaining lips is.

Kapag kasi nagrereklamo ka and puro negative na aspect ng buhay mo ang tinitingnan mo while waiting for your any kind of blessings you're praying for, negative rin ang ma aatract mo.

And God hates those who complain.

Throughout the bible, mapa old and new testament man, this attitude is really hated.

And I can't blame Him.

Kung isa kang Nanay, you would understand why.

Hindi ba kung alam mong ginagawa mo ang lahat para sa anak mo... para sa best future nya... para disiplinahin sya...

Hindi ba mas magagalit ka kung may pag dabog at reklamo sya?

Much more if maingay pa at sisigawan ka.

Imbis na ibibigay mo na ang alam mong deserve ng anak mo... na pinagpaguran mo rin sa trabaho mo... maiinis ka.

I don't know with you but... that's what I usually see.

Kaya whatever challenges you have now, please...

NEVER COMPLAIN.

Because when you complain, you remain.

Secondly, I'm reminded by God how big is the responsibility of Moses.

That it's valid when at times gusto ko na lang mag evaporate sa earth at iwanan ang calling Nya for me kasi honestly, I can see the bigger picture of this moving forward.

But I also saw how compassionate God is.

That He saw Moses' heart.

That' He's willing to share his responsibility to the 70 elders.

And that even if may 2 hindi sumunod sa utos Nya... He is so gracious to still bless them and allow them to speak in tongues and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

If you're not familiar with it, or... if di mo pa na experience, speaking in tongues is a gift.

One day, I pray YOU will speak in tongues too and be filled with God's spirit.

This is my dream and desire for all members of our GB Fam.

And that you duplicate MORE of God's goodness sa family mo.

Oh! How beautiful would that day be when we all gather and praise the LORD in tongues.

Thirdly, is the reminder of avoiding jealousy and judgment.

Joshua is the very 1st soldier of the Israelites.

He even climbed Sinai with Moses when he had the face to face with Him.

So dumating sa point, because of His strict compliance to God's laws... and dahil sa nakita nyang di naman sumunod yung 2 elders, he questioned their gift of tongues.

But yes... God's grace mula pa noon is beautiful.

Kahit na minsan wala kang ganang sumunod sa Kanya... if it's His own judgment to still bless you and... take care of you... yun pa rin ang masusunod.

Coz only Him knows His bigger plans.

Kaya nga we can NEVER judge anyone.

Lastly, the message of FOOD.

Now food in terms of meat may not be literal here.

It may be any kind of blessing na pilit mong hinihingi kay LORD pero di mo pa need at this point of time kasi nga may initial instruction na Sya sayo.

In this context, God's food for them is Manna.

God knows na hindi man sya ganon ka sarap, but it's His way of disciplining their desires.

And nowadays, mapa literal man na food or any kind of desires...

May mga nakasanayan tayong bagay na di muna natin ma eenjoy after experiencing betrayal.

Maybe it's the comfort of the beautiful and bigger home...

Maybe it's the comfortable set up you had before kasi your husband is with you...

Maybe it's the love of his family that you feel like unbreakable...

Or maybe... it's the financial abundance while you're both helping each other.

Maraming pwedeng resemblance ang food na to while nag nilay2x ako.

But... when we ask for it, we shouldn't force God and complain.

Kasi pwedeng we complain and he give it to us sa hindi tamang pagkakataon for us to feel more pain.

Pwedeng pilitin mong maayos kayo agad pero in the end, you suffer MORE.

Kaya again, just trust the process.

And as always:

  1. Never Complain
  2. Submit to God's or your Leaders' plans for you
  3. Avoid Jealousy and judgment sa blessings ng iba

and...

TRUST sa perfect timing ni LORD sa pinaka YUMMY NA PAGKAIN na ihahain nya even more than you imagine.

I hope you learned something from this message of mine today.

And as always, I'm just here cheering you on to your holistic healing after cheating journey.
