An end of season update. A common issue this time of year is maintaining weight over the winter. To help, I am launching a new tool: Athletes meal planner. It will find a healthy meal choice match exactly according to your
- Calories (eg 2500kcal)
- Diet style (eg vegan)
- Prep time (eg time-crunched)
- Diet days (eg 5:2)
It crunches all this data and gives you either a 4 week or 12 week plan. I looked at all rival planners and only found one that is similar (eatthismuch) but always on subscription).
