Hello friends,
The days are shorter, the air is cooler — we’re all feeling the turn of the seasons. There are parts of winter (besides Christmas) that I love: wearing slippers and sweats, ritual tea drinking, and the quiet invitation to turn inward.
It seems many of you are feeling that same pull — for the first time, our Tuesday at 7:00 PM session is sold out, so I’ve added an earlier session at 5:45 PM!
P.S. I love hearing your little stories — what you felt in your body, the dreams that followed, the moments of release and clarity. I’m so happy you’re getting as much from these sessions as I am.
