Feel the Vibes on Tuesday

Hello Friends,

Next Tuesday is Sound Bath night! There’s something magical about letting the vibrations of the bowls and gongs move right through your body. This will be the second-last session before I take a little pause in November—I’ll be off to Costa Rica with my family to close out maternity leave, and then it’s back to work.
