Happy Day TWO:
Last night's AMAZING intention setting workshop with my friend Paul Galloro was everything I wanted it to be and more:
You can watch the recording!

I set intentions in my heart, with my 5-year medallion from AA - on my 10-year sobriety birthday. To me, that's a power move. This spring I am encouraging you all - take leaps. Make bold moves. Let's find a direction and let's move in it.
Much of that has to do with routine - morning and evening.
Here are your tips, as you get going in the Healthy Six
AM
- First thing you do is have a glass of water. Our body is dehydrated after sleep. Go to bed with an 8-oz glass of water and have it on arising.
- Meditate for 5 minutes. Even if that is sitting and listening to your breath
- Move your body in some way.
- Get MORNING light. This sets your circadian rhythm.
- Have water, lemon water and a probiotic capsule before coffee.
- Try to wait on that first cup of caffeine for an hour
PM
- Finish eating 3 hours before bed
- Finish working 2 hours before bed
- No blue light 1 hour before bed
- Listen to a podcast, a sleep meditation, and find joy in reading. If you don't love reading, listen to audio books or interviews
We will talk about sleep hygiene later!
For now...everyone wanted to know about Shennelle's Smoothies:
Here it is: Oh She Glows Green Monster
Exercise Snack: Madonna Ray of Light (one of my faves)
Have an amazing day!!!!
