what's your biggest challenge?

what's your biggest challenge?
"C" is not for cancer.
It's for commitment.
What's your commitment?
Your commitment to yourself?
When life throws you a curveball?
I've been a Sherpa for countless courageous.
Beautifully brave souls.
My clinic is a breeding ground for strength.
The strength of positive energy and healing.
People rewriting their stories.
Overwhelmingly challenging stories.
Write strength into your story.
Starting with today's chapter.
This hour's paragraph.
This moment's sentence.
This second's word.
Strength.
We all have our own unique stories.
Use yours to your advantage.
Commit right now to your inner strength.
Use your unique commitment to become stronger.
Stronger for having gone through what you just went through.
Even that thing you're thinking of right now.
Commit to micro-habits.
One minute of meditation.
That's mini.
Instead of one minute of stressful thoughts.
If your inner strength improves 0.5 % a day, it will be a ton better in a year.
That's what these micro-choices lead to.
Forget all or none.
Try some and some.
It’s never too late to build strength.
Whatever strength means to you.
More tranquillity.
More resilience.
More antifragility.
I'm waiting to stand next to you.
