Hello Team ... Supporters ... Authors ... (still working on our affectionate group name, LOL)!
My heart is racing with excitement after our opening ceremonies - it was so great to see you in person, hear about your goals, and build a vision for our future together.

As the party ended, Marina asked a question about guidance for imagery. Here are a few resources:
- This is one of my favorite articles/videos about imagery. An interview with my friend and colleague Dr. Nicole Detling about her work with Emily Cook, an Olympic freestyle skier. Note the use of movement and kinesthetic imagery.
- And here is a more academic, but very well detailed, article about how to use the very effective PETTLEP Model of Imagery. Again the P & E are most critical, but the other factors enrich the experience for that functional overlap
