"I hate my life" ... How to love it again

Hi ,


"I hate my life."


I can't tell you how many times I've heard clients say that.


Not just clients ... friends and family too.


And yeah, me too. ... Many times.


It's a dark place, isn't it? Things don't go the way we wanted. We work so hard and our goals don't happen.


Sometimes life piles one thing on top of the other and we start to feel overwhelmed, like there is no way out.


Like I said, a dark place.


And worst of all, there is a lot of truth in it. Those disappointments and frustrations are real.

The problem is, we become too focused on what is wrong and we forget that there is balance. Some things ARE going well.


Not that the good fixes or excuses the bad. It doesn't.


It's just unfair to hate my entire life when I'm only focusing on a part of it.


It is the distorted perception of reality that hurts us.


So I've got a few practical suggestions here to help you get through this phase and start loving your life again.
