Hi ,


Ah, anxiety.


My favorite obstacle to help you overcome.


Let's be clear ... as much as I teach that it can be helpful, that is normal and expected, and that you have every right to feel it ... I hate it too.


It is distracting.

It feels terrible.

It hurts the way we play.

It stresses us out.

We lose sleep over it.

We can take it out on other people.

It causes mistakes.

It takes the fun out of the game we used to enjoy.
