I guess the handsome part is debatable...

This photo was taken in July 2017, a month after failing college and a few weeks after I tried to kill myself.

It's hard to put myself back in the mind of that 23-year-old. Feels like another person.

But that's when I started getting my life together. Getting in shape. Building a morning routine. Making money. Being a productive and responsible human being.

Anyway, this email isn't actually about me.

It's about one of my best friends—Tomas. Today is his birthday. And he just launched his very first podcast with his friend Lexee.

He asked me to be his first guest. I was honored.

In our conversation, I take them through my entire arch. From an incapable and confused kid to a fulfilled and independent entrepreneur.

We dive into my writing, my podcast, and my coaching practice. I share philosophies and suggestions on how to get started, seek mistakes, and see the lesson in everything.
