Hi friend!

Here's something for you to...

1) watch.

It's been awhile.

Chris D'Elia's first video addressing his sexual misconduct allegations last year.

This past weekend, a friend and I were discussing the #MeToo movement and cancel culture—the good, the bad, and the gray.

She brought up a great point: Despite the level of misconduct, these major figures should use their platforms to shed light on sexual abuse and harassment on their path to redemption.

We revisited Louis CK's email addressing his misconduct. And Chris's video came out the day after we chatted. It hasn't necessarily changed any of my opinions, but it's thought-provoking nonetheless.

On a lighter note...

2) read.

3) use.

Paprika

Not the spice—the app.

Paprika lets you bypass those annoying, ad-filled food blogs when you're trying to find and follow a recipe.

You can download the ingredients and instructions with ease and even create a grocery list for all the things you plan to cook for the week.

4) listen to.

Naked Sunday—Dillan Taylor

I was on a podcast!

Caleb Nelson was a kind and gracious host and he helped me tell my story. We discuss how I crawled out of rock bottom and how I've managed to create a pretty great life for myself.

I think it's a lovely conversation that encompasses much of what I write about to bug all of you. Give it a listen!
