Do you ever think about different types of love, {{contact.first_name}}?

G'day, ,
I was wondering if you ever think about the different types of love?
I posed a question in the Cinnamon Roll Book Boyfriends group about QUIET LOVE. I think cinnamon roll Heroes are exceptional at quiet love and I've also noticed that a lot of cowboy romances have Heroes who show that quiet kind of love. It's the kind of love that Theo showed Emma when he repaired her front steps and letterbox without fanfare. The kind of love Toby showed Cassia when he cared for her entire family when they were ill and the way he prepared his home for Poppy. The time when AJ flew home to be with Sarah when she was ovulating. And what about when Oliver bought Kate new shoes because he noticed she needed them? Then there was Max when he turned up and waited in the parking lot while Molly had dinner with her dad. Or when Finn installed the security lights so people wouldn't linger outside of her bakery at night. And let's not forget how Shane took care of Jasmine at Thanksgiving dinner, because Violet still wasn't feeling well. It's the kind of love that makes you swoon. It makes the butterflies erupt and take flight. It's the stuff we really love to see in romance.
I'd love to know any examples of QUIET LOVE that make your heart flutter. Maybe it's something your partner does for you. Maybe it's something you've read in a book or seen in a movie. But I'd love to know what it is!

I can't believe it's the beginning of May and I'm delivering your next reading tracker. But here we are ...
I've read more in the last two months than I have in a really long time. After finishing my binge read of T L Swan's books, I read a few standalone books, then delved into the world of Buttons by Penelope Sky. I generally read one dark series a year, and this is it for 2024 (not saying I won't read more, but this is it for now). The series deals with human trafficking, which is why it's considered dark. However, the Heroes in this series do understand consent and no really does mean no.
I've been steadily adding to Ben and Hope's story.
I'm almost at 35 000 words!
Woo hoo!
This is a story about a woman overcoming her grief and realising she can hold space for her late husband while moving forward and loving another man.
It really is an emotional story and I can't wait for you to meet these two.
Ben is an incredibly patient man, realising that he can't rush Hope. But he's also prepared to use the connection he has with her son, Evan, to spend time with the woman he can't stop thinking about.
Here's a little snippet ...
As the session winds down, my stomach twists. I need to think of something to do so I can spend time with Evan and Hope. I probably should have thought of a plan before this, but I’d hoped she’d come to the session like she did last time. She seemed to enjoy spending time with the pups, and I figured she’d want to do it again. I didn’t count on her not attending.
I look out the front windows as the parents pull in to collect their kids and finally, an idea hits. “Hey, Tori. Do you need any dogs bathed today?”
She grins brightly at me. “You betcha. Are you offering?”
Lightness flows through me because if I do this right, I may get to spend some time with the woman I can’t stop thinking about. “Of course.” I move next to Evan and keep my voice low. I know I’m evil using Evan’s love for the dogs, but a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do. “Hey, Ev. Do you have time to help me bathe some dogs this afternoon?”
His eyes go as wide as full moons. “That’d be awesome. I’ll ask Mom.”
Bingo! My grin is instant and broad. Now let’s hope his mom agrees.
