Happy Monday, Dear Readers:
I'm taking a short break at the end of the week; I need it. I've been working ahead this last month while finishing up LOVE, LIES and LULLABIES in anticipation of a busy May. Next month I'll be back in the classroom for three weeks, substitute teaching while I cover for my daughter who is 8 1/2 months pregnant. She teaches 15 fifth graders at a rural school 20 miles away. I haven't been in a classroom since the pandemic started. I'll find my groove again, but the first day may be a little bumpy. Luckily, 5th graders are still at a forgiving age.
Early reviews are trickling in for Lullabies and they're making me very happy! I can't wait for Thursday to get here. I hope you're excited too for Book #3!
