This week I'm on the road, doing the Great Triangle Trip as my husband and I have come to call the Illinois-Texas-Wyoming-Illinois route we take to see both of our sons. It was our youngest son's birthday over the weekend so we ordered Franklin's Barbecue when we got into Austin Sunday afternoon and sat on the rooftop terrace of our hotel that night for a little celebration. We'll stay until Wednesday morning before it's onto Wyoming. I'm already praying the weather is good for the drive. Last time we had an emergency stopover in a tiny New Mexico town because the mountain passes experienced a blizzard. Fingers crossed for no winter weather!
I've got the cover for Love, Lies and Literature squared away this week with the title change from Love Between the Lines. My cover designer is also working on the boxed set cover for the first three books in the Blueberry Point series. I should have that ready for sale sometime in June. And of course I'm working on the new small-town series coming your way this fall. Busy busy!

From now until the end of May I'm featuring two titles each Friday by some of my author friends and they're FREE!
Fireworks and Frenemies
by Elle Rush
Stranded and jobless, architect Lori Baker has nothing to go home to, so Holiday Beach might be the perfect place to start over on her own Independence Day. All she needs is a chance to showcase her skills, but her best shot is with her worst enemy⏤Mac Mackenzie, the property owner next door.
"Elle Rush has created a charming little small town, with the kind of people I'd like to have as neighbors. I'm looking forward to reading more about Holiday Beach." - Amazon review
I Don't Take You
by Toni Lynn
Anna doesn't need a man.
Now if she could just get the town to believe it too.
"Another great read from Susan Warner. She does a fantastic job keeping her readers wanting more." - Amazon review

Long drives in the car mean a lot of reading time, that is until I get the inevitable headache if I read too much in one spurt. So I've finished Night of Miracles by Elizabeth Berg and now I'm reading Kay Correll's One Simple Wish. What will you read this weekend?
