Between re-structuring C&K, pushing growth at Excel, and being a Dad - the one thing I've neglected is...you!
For about a year I sent a 1/week email about a lesson I had learned that week. Shocker, they generally revolved around me shitting the bed, and realizing where I went wrong.
Call it Life Lessons with Coach Lehr, if you will.
Do you want tips on training, general life lessons, excerpts from the book and origin stories, unique lessons from talking to Olympians or authors? Or, maybe something totally different.
