Phew. I almost forgot to send you the final and most important mail in this series, but It’s still January 11th in Canada and the United States of America right now, so, I’m still keeping my word - January 10th.
How could I (almost) forget? Well, it’s a special day of celebration in our home and we had an amazing time out. We got in later than we planned and I decided to “rest a bit” while catering to our princess. Before I could spell “Encyclopedia”, I slept off and woke up in time to pray and prepare for my messages this morning.
So, this is me asking God for permission to send you this vital message that could change your life completely by accelerating your results this year.

So, what’s the one thing that will make everything work?
You could come up with other “S” words (not that one)… let me say, “other words that start with “S”
Space… substance… stamina…
Well…
It’s SUPERVISION.
Even a SUPER VISION needs SUPERVISION.
Things don’t just happen. People make things happen and most people will move at a much slower pace… except they are under effective supervision.
Do you know you can run faster than you think?
You will never know your actual speed until…
Something vicious starts chasing you (God forbid)
Or you start chasing something you really want.
For example of there’s an open race where the top 10 get $1 million each, you are likely going to give yourself a chance - especially if you have some weeks to train.
You could hire a professional pack coach for some thousands of dollars or tens of thousands and put in the work.
That’s just an example.
Consider this:
Back in school, your exams were timed, right?
Some people hardly ever finished each paper, but some people had the best time racing against time. Sometimes, some people finished well ahead of everyone and became sharper and keener.
If everyone was given “all the time” possible to answer the questions, most people wouldn’t challenge themselves. They would simple take their time and be sorely slow.
Can I be honest with you?
If you don’t have a supervisor in your life, you’re operating way below your potential. You’re moving much slower than you should. You’re moving slower than you can.
You may even think you’re doing fine, but no, you’re draaaaaaaaagggging…. your feet.
Most of us need SUPERVISION to make our supervision a SUPER SUCCESS.
Back to our farming analogy:
No farm ever becomes sustainably fruitful without supervision.
There has to be a caretaker to weed, stake, protect, fertilize, nurture and nourish.
Do you have such a person in your life?
Do you have someone challenging your assumptions, rejecting your excuses and stretching your potential?
Do you have someone painting pictures of the future clearly on your heart and moving you from fantasy to a workable plan for your growth and greatness?
No matter how much potential you have, you won’t become much without a paid coach, paid trainer or paid teacher?
This is where most people fail: once they here “paid”, “money” or “invest”, they run away.
Can’t I get it for free?
Never!
If you don’t pay money, you will definitely pay with more time, more stress, more failure and or more pain.
For example there are some things you can learn on YouTube, but they may lack context, perspective, alignment with your personal scenario or even be misaligned with real life situations in 2026.
Which of these two people do you think will have a better farm producing higher quality fruit?
The one who sees farming as a hobby and takes care of the farm when he or she has some “free time”
OR
The farmer who is paid to supervise and intentionally spends time to take care of the farm?
Definitely the second one!
This year, make your love a masterpiece.
INVEST in your mind, life and future.
Pay for trainings. Get a coach.

This year, don’t make grace a crutch. Make it your booster!
