Have you ever wondered why things seem rather slow in one area of your life?
Maybe you feel you should have more customers by now. Maybe you feel you should be making more money or commanding a greater following after all your years in life, business or ministry.
I have felt that way at different times. I knew I was gifted, called, anointed and well respected in many circles.
What could the problem be?
Maybe the devil is attacking me, resisting me, hindering me.
That could be true...
BUT... I soon figured out that poor structures and systems were the true weapons formed against me.
I studied different people and organizations and I soon figured out that an averagely gifted person with excellent structures and systems will outperform and outclass a highly gifted person with no or poor structures and systems.
I had hundreds of ideas and I had created over 70 products with very little delegation, management system and structural efficiency.
I moved by inspiration, but I didn't translate that inspiration into organization, so I ended up doing a lot of the work but there was no way for me to scale it beyond myself.
I began to notice how some people who had learned from me took portions of my work and theirs to a totally new level and to larger audiences - not because they had better content, but because they built stronger and better systems.
Water is water, but you can decide whether you settle with a bottle of water or end up with a tanker.
A 9-year old child in an aircraft will get a view that a 90 year old in a car will not have. Systems are often superior to age.
Your success is more dependent on your systems than your age or size.
It's all about systems.
Your body is made up of systems that work simultaneously. That explains your being alive.
Do you have systems for your personal, spiritual, business and financial growth?
Do you have systems to scale your results? Or are you just wishing, hoping and praying for increase?
Do you just plan to work harder on the same things this year or are you set to let go of systems that can no longer deliver the results you desire and replace them with new systems?
The systems you have in place for your N10 million monthly income cannot deliver N1Billion monthly. There must be a change.
There's a system that has locked you in that 30-50 clients bandwith. If you want more, you have to create a different system.
This is a good time to inspect your current systems and be brutally honest about the ones that must be changed.
